Free of Cost
You will not have to pay any insurance policy excess, or any other costs, if you use our services to sort your claim. If you went through your own insurers, they would charge you any agreed policy excess- even though the accident was not your fault!
As with all our services, you never pay anything, for using us. Unlike a lot of our competitors, we do not charge you a percentage of what you win. All our fees are recovered from the other parties' insurers. This also means that your non claims bonus will not be affected. We are not purely interested in handling your injury claim- we do everything to get you back on the road, and your life back to normal. No wonder so much of our business comes from personal recommendation!
Free Replacement Car
If your car is undriveable, we will supply a similar or better car to use, whilst your claim is being sorted. Even if you only have third party insurance cover, we can supply you with a replacement vehicle, if yours is not roadworthy. If your car is driveable, we will arrange a replacement to use, when yours goes in for repairs. All hire costs are recovered direct from the other party’s insurers; - you will never have to pay!
Expert Services
Once we have established you have a good claim, we can do everything from getting your car to a repair shop, delivering a loan car to your home/ place of work, and organising any medical treatment you may need, as well as handling your claim for compensation. Our compensation claims solicitors are experts in this area- they only deal with road accident claims. We will deal directly with the other parties' insurers, as well as with the repair garage. This means that you are free to spend your time either recovering or getting back to a normal life, without having the headache of running around sorting your claim.
Convenience
All our services are handled from the one location, so we can easily coordinate all aspects of your claim, and you have a single number to call, should you have any queries. If you have been injured, we can arrange physiotherapy & other treatments, at a location and time suitable to you. We will organise a medical report, which will form the basis of your injury compensation claim. This will be done at a time & place convenient to you. Once we have the report, we will negotiate with the other party, to get you maximum compensation.
CASH IN LIEU OF REPAIRS
Unlike your own, or even the third party insurers, we can offer you the option of receiving the value of the repairs, rather than making you have the car repaired. We can even do this if you have already been supplied a courtesy car- so long as we are dealing with your injury claim. All repairs are costed on the basis of new parts & factory approved labour rates. Often, especially if you have an older car, you could fix it for a fraction of the estimated bill. This means you can pocket the difference. No insurance company will do this for you!
